Chris George, brewmaster at the Riverside Brewery and Restaurant in West Bend, will demonstrate home brewing basics. From brewing to bottling, the hands-on class will show the complete extract brewing process, including how to select the proper equipment and ingredients. Participants will each receive two bottles of the extract beer.
