Virtuoso lead guitarist Daryl Stuermer of the super-groups Genesis and Phil Collins Band returns! Stuermer’s ability to blend rock and jazz through his guitar has delighted audiences around the world for over 35 years. After being discovered while playing with his Milwaukee band, Sweetbottom, Stuermer began his 30 year stint as the lead guitarist for Genesis in 1977. In the early ‘80s, Genesis drummer/singer Phil Collins launched a solo career in which Stuermer became an integral member by creating the signature guitar sound for In the Air Tonight, Easy Lover, and co-writing the 1989 Grammy Award-winning Something Happened on the Way to Heaven.
