Box Office Policies

Ticket Policy

× Each person REGARDLESS OF AGE must have a valid ticket to enter a performance. Some family series events have lap seats available to purchase for children ages 2 and younger. Babes in arms without a ticket will NOT be admitted. If there is no child price or lap ticket available, use the Adult price to purchase a ticket for a child.

Payment must accompany ALL ticket orders. No tickets will be placed on hold. All ticket prices include processing/facility fees and Wisconsin sales tax. All sales are final.

Discounts/coupons must be applied at time of purchase and cannot be combined with any other offers. Refunds will not be issued for discounts requested after payment has been processed. Coupon/discount restrictions may apply.

If you received a Schauer postcard or coupon within three days of purchasing a ticket, we will refund the difference in the form of a Schauer Gift Certificate. Contact the Box Office for complete details.


IMPORTANT:  By purchasing wheelchair or limited accessibility seating, you are verifying that you, or someone in your party has a need for accessible seating.  If you purchase these seats but do not require ADA seating, and a future need arises for accessible seating, you will be relocated.  Relocation is at the discretion of the Schauer and no compensation will be given for lesser value seats.

Exchange & Ticket Donations Policy

× NO REFUNDS -- All tickets are non-refundable. Exchanges for a similar type of event in the same season may be made for a $2.00 per ticket exchange fee. Some restrictions may apply. Exchange fee subject to change without notice.

 

EXCHANGES only subject to the following conditions:
  1. If tickets are being held in Will Call, they may be exchanged PRIOR to the performance date (min.24 hours) by calling the Schauer Arts Center Box Office at (262) 670-0560 extension 3. Tickets NOT in Will Call must be brought in or mailed to the Box Office PRIOR to completing the exchange. Exchanges cannot be made online, nor after a performance date has passed. Box Office is open Monday-Friday, NOON to 5:00 pm.
  2. An exchange fee will be applied as follows:
    • Season Subscription tickets: No Charge
    • Non-Subscription tickets: $2.00 fee per ticket.
      Exchange fee subject to change without notice.
  3. The difference in ticket price will be charged when upgrading your tickets to a more expensive night or seat. For lesser value tickets, the Box Office will refund amounts under $10. Differences over $10, will be placed on a Schauer Center Gift Certificate.
  4. Tickets for 'Schauer Center Presents' events may be donated back to the Box Office for resale. Tickets returned at least 24 hours in advance of the performance are considered tax-deductible donations. A receipt of your donation is provided upon request.

Weather-Related Cancellations

Schauer Center events are only cancelled if performers are unable to present the performance. No refunds will be issued to audience members who cannot attend a presented performance.

Lost Tickets

× In the event that you have lost your tickets, please visit the Schauer Arts Center Box Office or call (262) 670-0560 before your performance date. Tickets will be reprinted and held at Will Call for you to pick up on the day of the performance.
