A terrific opportunity for all dancers to develop strength and stamina to support training, no matter the style of dance they pursue! BONUS: Students enrolled in Dance Workout may take advantage of weekly FREE Open Level Ballet Class on Wednesdays 6:45-7:45pm in the summer session.
